Results¶

Experimented with two CT images of lungs from Patient: PRHGD5257.
Able to successfully use functionality

Discussion¶

1. Will require more image modalities to be able to test CT to MRI, CT to PET/CT, PET/CT to MRI. Only CT/CT has been tested so far.
2. Will need to create some benchmarks of time processing of images for evaluation and system verification.
3. Consider how will user's be able to change the values of the input parameters.
