Problem/Motivation

Basic Platipy functions are not working with the OnkoDicom PRHGD5257 anonymized patient file.

Relevant Technical Notes

Will require a diverse range of image collection to determine what attributes of images are necessary to work with the PlatiPy library.

Functions required sikt files, to which pixel arrays contained in the dicom files were converted to sikt. This is then run through the function to which produces an error as shown in the screenshot.
