OnkoDICOM can function as a research aid permitting:
# anonymisation of DICOM image sets individually or in batch mode
# manipulation of DICOM image set by being able to add a RTSTRUCT file
# manipulation of DICOM-RT by allowing name changes, DVH production, contour manipulation, Radiomics calculation in individual or batch mode
# storage of clinical data within DICOM-SR
# Auto-segmentation of DICOM image set
# Fusion of multiple DICOM image sets
# Machine Learning model development for disease groups
# Application of ML models to new patients
