OnkoDICOM can function as a research aid permitting:

1. anonymisation of DICOM image sets individually or in batch mode
2. manipulation of DICOM image set by being able to add a RTSTRUCT file
3. manipulation of DICOM-RT by allowing name changes, DVH production, contour manipulation, Radiomics calculation in individual or batch mode
4. storage of clinical data within DICOM-SR
5. Auto-segmentation of DICOM image set
6. Fusion of multiple DICOM image sets
7. Machine Learning model development for disease groups
8. Application of ML models to new patients
