1. Balsamiq

UI Specialist team will use Balsamiq to maintain consistency in outputs.
Linh Tran has set up a project space on Balsamiq Cloud - only have a 30 day trial as this service is different from the Desktop App

Conclusion:

1. Balsamiq Cloud will be used to facilitate real-time collaboration for the immediate deadline as specified below.
2. The team will continue on Balsamiq Desktop once trial runs out and manually send each other files/ look for another viable solution

1. Use Team 23's flowchart
2. 6 different view models/ states:

1. Welcome Window - from existing Onko app is fine
2. Create Default Directory - new
3. Select Directory Window
4. Display DICOM files as Tree Structure
5. Error Message
6. Display Image

Conclusion:

1. Linh Tran to make necessary updates to flowchart
2. Each team to take on 2 view states
3. Team 19 to do Select Directory Window and Display DICOM files as Tree Structure

1. User needs visual representation of what they're dealing with
2. Configuration - opening DICOM file etc, need to get wireframe mechanism started now
3. What happens if there's no hidden directory - need a screen to get the info, design screen for Andrew to approve

Conclusion:

1. Subunit from all three teams to work with Ashley on wireframe GUI
2. Confirm with Andrew what he wants as far as the workflow goes.
