• PANCANCER
  Discussion led by: Melinda Vay

1. PanCancer takes .mat files as input and spits out data via command line and .csv files. Functionality is useful however requires use of MATLAB for further investigation.

Conclusion:

1. PanCancer won't be integrated into OnkoDICOM as MATLAB is out of the project scope, no further investigation.

1. PET files missing many attributes that need to be accessed in order to display the image with the correct metadata.

Conclusion:

1. Consult Stuart, Aliza owner and perhaps Philip Chlap.

• Autoregistration

Autoregistration basics completed, need to work on adding a GUI.

Conclusion:

Consult with Helena and clean up code.
