1. Co-registration with the image library

Images in nifty, STRUCTURES are mask, DOSES in nifty

1. Visualisations are not working in the conventional Python
2. Capable of rotating the images manually

Conclusion:

1. Talk to Team23 about 4 window view and investigate if using NIFTI image set might be better to retrieve views from each axis (Peter Qian, Chai Forest, Shengjie Yu)
2. Create a Wiki page on Redmine for all file type errors and resolution (Peter Qian, Chai Forest, Shengjie Yu)
