Team's understanding on the product backlog.
Product backlog tickets and the usability with redmine (not designed for agile methodology).
A2 Discussions made later on today.
Implement Product Backlog tickets into Redmine and create Sprint tickets for Product Backlog.
First implementation, hidden directory won't be there. Assumption that the hidden directory exists.
Unit Testing methodology tickets (without full understanding of the methods).

Action Items

1. Implement Product Backlog into Redmine, execute it with Sprints (but keep it small for 1st week of Sprint).

Objectives

1. Create Backlog tickets in tree format and make sure done definitions are completed.
2. Create a Sprint Ticket.
