Problem/Motivation

When installing OnkoDICOM.2020 onto Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, issues are persistent when attempting to install the requirements.txt file. Setupwheels fails to generate the correct wheel for matplotlib (from requirements.txt) which runs into an exit status=1.

Relevant Technical Notes

In order to resolve this issue, enter the following into terminal:

sudo apt install build-essential dkms linux-headers-$(uname -r)

Additional Information

Ubuntu2004-Fresh-Install-Log contains the log of the first attempt installing OnkoDICOM.
Linux-Headers contains a log of installing the command.
Ubuntu2004-Post-Linux-Headers-Installed contains a log of repeating the installation steps defined in the installation wiki.
