one of the other teams was supposed to talk to you about this (see https://redmine.didymodesigns.com.au/issues/1753) with Team23. You need to work out which components of this are being done by who.
Here is something like what I was suggesting. The function should pull all ROIs from the base file set RTSTRUCT and the overlay file set RTSTRUCT. Files are listed. This on the left can be transferred to the right but need a new suffix, those on the right can be transferred to the left but need a new suffix.
There should be a warning if any ROI names are duplicated.
If there is no RTSTRUCT wwith one file, the transfer process will produce a new RTSTRUCT in the receiving file set.
