Description

Problem/Motivation

Unable to open certain PT scan images. The newer PT files with SOP UIDs “Multi-frame True Color Secondary Capture Image Storage” and “Secondary Capture Image Storage” are missing many attributes that the older PT files have (eg. ImagePositionPatient).

Proposed Resolution

Consult Stuart, Aliza owner and potentially Phil Chlapp on potential solutions to handle missing attributes.

Done Definition

  1. Stuart/ Aliza owner/ Phil Chlap has been consulted.
  2. Open the PT scan in DICOM View without the program crashing.
